Return and Refund Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process.

Return Conditions

Time Frame: You can return products within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Product Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a return. Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

Return Process

Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@mypoiselife.com with your order number and reason for return.

Note: By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and understand that our products contain CBD (cannabidiol), CBG (cannabigerol), and CBN (cannabinol) derived from hemp oil. These statements have not been reviewed by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult with your healthcare provider before beginning any new dietary supplement regimen. We adhere strictly to FDA regulations, and since our products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we do not make any claims about the benefits of CBD, CBG, or CBN products. When you choose to buy Poise Life products, you do so based on your personal understanding of the potential benefits they may offer.

Receive an RMA: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.

Ship the Item: Send the item back to us using the provided instructions. Please include the RMA number with your return.

Refunds and Credits

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Exceptions

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including sale items, gift cards, and opened personal care products.

Defective Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team at sales@mypoiselife.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Along with the email, please include your order number, the batch number, and a photo of the damaged product. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
